The only way to contact the seller is through the order chat—Telegram is unresponsive, even if you are interested in purchasing a product from their channel. Their ad claims "instant delivery," but in reality, you have to wait for them to send the code.

When I contacted the seller about the issue, their only response was that they are only responsible for delivering the code. Nowhere in their post do they mention any risks of bans, restrictions, or related issues. However, when I brought up the ban, instead of trying to resolve the issue or investigate further, they simply replied that they are not responsible—clearly indicating that they are aware of the risks but choose to withhold this information.

If your post stated:

"There is a risk of bans; we are not responsible."

I would understand the situation and would NOT purchase from you. But if you advertise everywhere with claims like "100% guaranteed," "100% works," without mentioning any drawbacks or terms, people will naturally assume there is no risk and proceed with the purchase. I do not recommend buying codes from this user. The origin of these codes is questionable and may involve fraudulent activity, which is one of the main reasons your account could be blocked after redeeming a code.
